Hand-Over Agreement

This agreement certifies that Presidio Analytics has completed its obligation for the contracted web design and development project (“the Project”) of KIAP Singapore (https://www.kiap.com.sg). 

The completed work covered in this hand-over document refers to items that were indicated in the original scope of the Project, as well as all feedback and design requests dating up to and inclusive of 1 September 2020.  

Unless a website maintenance contract is in place, this agreement also certifies that Presidio Analytics is no longer responsible for ongoing maintenance of the client’s website. However, to thank you for working with us, Presidio Analytics will however extend a single round of post-project amendments(“Post-Project Amendment) as a gesture of goodwill. The terms of the Post-Project Amendment are outlined as follows: 

1. Scope: The Post-Project Amendment will only cover minor changes to the existing project website, including only such services as slight adjustments of objects from their current position and/or layout, image changes that do not involve layout change, text and/or font change to no more than 10% of the website content, correction of any design or functional bugs and/or issues that were pre-existing in the Project prior to 2 September 2020.
2. Implementation: The Post-Project Amendment is to be made as a a single-round of changes to the website containing no more than 10 changes. Request for the Amendment shall be made in a single document and submitted to Presidio Analytics by 16 September 2020. 
3. Limitations: Upon handing over the login details of the website to the Client, Presidio Analytics shall not be liable or responsible for any changes made thereafter that might result in errors and/or malfunction in the website. Any issues arising from such change shall not fall under the scope of the Post-Project Amendment.

Post-Handover Information

Upon signing this agreement and the publication of the website, Presidio Analytics shall provide the Client with a handbook of instructions relating to the navigation, configuration, and settings of the website. The handbook will also cover a limited scope of edits and changes that the Client can make to the websites themselves, including the change of text, images, background and container colours, and fonts only. 

The Client is strongly recommended to conduct their own daily backup of the website on their servers. 

Additional Updates

For any additional work or updates to kiap.com.sg that do not fall within the original scope of the Project or the Post-Project Amendment terms, Presidio Analytics would be able to render any such services under a separately contracted agreement, or at an agreed hourly rate.
